Now here’s an interview we know you’ve been waiting for a long time. FWDesign is one of our top authors on our website and this team of Flash developers is always in the spotlight. What’s their secret? They work with people. They find out what customers want and then deliver excellent files. Nothing less than great interaction. They’ve recently changed their logo and it looks smashing, don’t you think?

FireCode is actually a team of  developers on FlashComponents.net who’s video player is included in the $500 Flash package we’re giving away these days. These are a bunch of skilled flashers and what’s more, they’re also pretty cool people. They’re active in the community and you definitely cannot not notice their files.  That’s why we’ve decided to do a little interview so you can get to know them better.

What does FireCode stand for?

It’s actually based on a simple concept. We thought about our passion to create a wide range of components, each time better and unique, and came up with “fire”. And then we added “code”; that’s self-explanatory.  Although most see it as just code, we actually see it as interaction with users.

1. Tell everybody a little bit about yourself. Who you are, where you are from?

My name is Bogdan Nitica and I am from Romania, Iasi. I have been working under the FlashXpert name since 2008.

2.  How did you first get involved in the web design and development industry?

I started working with Flash in 2003 as a freelancer, but the enthusiasm came long before, ever since high school, when I programmed my first algorithms. During the past 6 years I’ve been employed as an AS Programmer/Flash Developer at 3 top local companies.

3. What made you decide to sell files on FlashComponents.net?

From the beginning FlashComponets.net had an ascending number of visitors and at this time I can say that this number is huge. Updating the products is very easy, we can choose our own price and new files are approved very quickly.

1. Tell everybody a little bit about yourself. Who you are, where you are from?

Hi everyone, my name is Andrey and I am the project manager of a little design studio – Artin2ition.com. We are located in Nikolaev, Ukraine (pretty well known city in the Internet, huh?) and we provide Flash development services for some really big design companies. Content management systems for Flash sites are pretty popular at the moment, and that’s what we are good at.

2.  How did you first get involved in the web design and development industry?

Well, it’s a really long story of experiments and failures.
