In my last post, I’ve presented you some great examples of Flash contact forms used to encourage feedback from visitors. Today I’m going to direct you to the best tutorials on the web that explain how you can create your own Flash contact form.

The first one is a tutorial from the Tech Labs. In order to manage to create the Flash contact form, you will also need some basic PHP knowledge. If you follow the steps, this will be the result:

Salman Awan explains on FlashKid how to create a simple Flash email form using PHP.

  • Love the tutorials. BUT, Are the other ones done in AS3?

Finally, you show how to create the forms, but you dont show how to add them to a flash website (do you save the whole thing as a Movie Clip and then import them to the library?). I am learning flash right now and have a small site using labels but i dont know how to add this email form to the contact section. Is there any advice you can give?

    Much appreciated,
